What the public tools do
Calculator amounts, selected examples and help-search queries stay in the current page’s memory. They are not put into the address, sent to an analytics service or saved in cookies or local storage. Budget figures also stay in page memory; a printed or downloaded copy is under your control.
Reloading a page clears these values. There is no account, mailing list, session replay, advertising pixel or third-party chat. We count eligible partner clicks on the server as explained below.
Partner click measurement
When you follow an Apply online link, our server sends the site domain, offer name and button placement to our fleet Dashboard, hosted on Vercel. It increments a daily counter. We do not send your IP address, browser headers, cookies, full page address, search text or planner inputs to that counter. The daily beacon counters expire after 45 days; aggregate reporting may be retained longer. Counts represent clicks, not unique people, submitted applications or approvals.
Automated checks, prefetching, technical preview hosts and requests with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are excluded. You can also switch counting off below. The choice applies to this browser; the partner link still works. The opt-out cookie contains only cr_measure=off, lasts up to one year, and is deleted if you switch counting on.
Partner links pass through Leadgid with the site domain for referral attribution. The partner receives a normal browser request, including its technical connection information, and applies its own privacy and cookie practices.
Technical information and hosting
A web host may process an IP address, request time, browser information and requested page to deliver and protect the site. We cannot claim that hosting creates no logs. The final notice will explain who handles this information, how long it is kept and any transfers outside South Africa before public launch.
Links and future applications
Following an external link takes you to a separate service. Its privacy rules apply to the information you share there. Direct ClearRand applications are not open yet. Before applying, you will be able to read how identity checks and credit information are handled, who receives your information, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

The designated Information Officer and formal request procedure will be published before applications open. The Information Regulator provides information about POPIA rights and complaint processes.
