Repayments

Keep your repayment plan in view.

Your signed agreement and the creditor’s verified instructions are the source of truth for your payment amount, date and reference.

Before a payment is due

Check the schedule and make sure the correct account has enough funds on the agreed date. If the due date is close to a weekend or public holiday, confirm the relevant arrangement with the creditor. Do not assume a payment can be delayed.

ClearRand has not opened lending and does not publish payment bank details here. Never pay into an account supplied by an unverified message.

If a payment seems missing

Bank processing and the creditor’s account update can happen at different times. Keep your payment proof, reference, date and amount. Contact the creditor through the details in your signed agreement and ask for a reconciliation before paying twice.

If you want to finish early

Ask for a settlement amount valid for the intended payment date. A statement balance or calculator result may not be the correct settlement figure. After payment is confirmed, request written confirmation that the agreement is paid up.

Keep a practical payment record

Use the repayment planning checklist to organise dates, references and confirmations without sending personal information to this website.
