Check the details you confirm
A DebiCheck request records agreed debit-order information. Read the collector, amount and collection terms shown through your bank’s channel. If anything is unexpected, query it before approving.
Your bank authenticates the mandate and uses the confirmed details when checking collections. It does not assess your loan application for the lender.
If the request fails or looks wrong
Contact your bank for help with its confirmation channel. For incorrect agreement details, contact the creditor through an independently verified number. Do not approve repeated or unfamiliar requests simply because someone says it will speed up a payment.
Cancelling or disputing a debit order does not by itself cancel the underlying debt. Discuss disputed or unaffordable payments with the creditor.
ClearRand availability
ClearRand’s collection method has not been confirmed. This is general information, not a statement that a DebiCheck mandate is active for you.
